Intelligent Growth

Intelligent Growth

This approach involves investing in something that is inherently undervalued, or you can foresee a combination of elements that you think will increase its value over time. This is a hugely popular strategy mainly because when you get it right, the profit can be huge!

To achieve this, you normally would be looking at a medium to long term investment as you can usually expect a property to grow in value in the long run. Some areas have faster growth than others and most of us will have seen their own properties increase in value if they have owned them for a long enough period of time.

If you can couple this growth with an income which enables you to at least break even each month, then you are looking at a great investment which will increase your capital upon the sale of the property. So we have searched extensively to find markets which have consistent growth and due to the property crash, we have been able to find some properties which are considerable lower than their peak pricing. Most are even below today’s market value and have great potential for excellent growth over the next few years.

We find that if you focus on properties with growth potential and don’t have specific time-scales, you will almost always see some increase in value. The real trick is finding areas with the best growth potential at the right price, but there is no way to be sure exactly what that growth potential will be, which is why extensive due diligence will often be required.

We look at many investments throughout the world which claim to have growth potential and through our in depth research, find they will not meet our exacting criteria, so will never even reach our clients. Once in a while though, we come across the perfect opportunity which gives real potential for a fantastic investment.

This strategy would suit an investor who is looking to build their initial capital into something with more substance and will enable them to grow their portfolio usually by using finance to leverage their assets. They may wish to couple this approach with an element of income, which will give them an immediate return as well.
